You will receive a comprehensive, readable monthly financial report delivered to you by the 10th of the month delineating each receipt and disbursement affecting your property for the prior month. Your funds will be kept in a separate trust account for your property only. We will inform you of all significant operating events on a when-it happens basis and discuss significant maintenance or repair needs with you in advance.
